Less than desirable neighborhood
The condo was clean and the bed was comfortable, however the surrounding neighborhood is less than desirable...actually very seedy. The unit was advertised as a gated complex, but there is no security gate. The pool and hot tub haven't been cleaned for sometime and appears to be not in use. We paid for 7 nights but vacated the unit after one night.

Great Host
We had a great stay! Kelley is an amazing host and responded promptly to any questions we had. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and had all the necessities to make our stay comfortable and easy. I will recommend Kelley to my family and friends.

Great location at a nice price...
Went to go visit my son at U of A and had a good stay here. The area is a bit rough, but the community is gated. One note - the gate code works on the Kelso street side, not the other gate.
