The Children's Museum, the Museum of Contemporary Art, and the Tucson Convention Center are all within a one-mile radius. Downtown Tucson is just over a mile away. Sentinel Peak, Reid Park Zoo, and the Tucson Botanical Gardens are all less than six miles away. The daily rumble of passing trains highlights the neighborhood's history. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
