New sun block curtains for all 5 sliding glass doors installed this winter offer easy outdoor access. New Propane BBQ on 5/18/24. Beautiful luxury home with pool and hot tub in a secluded backyard. This is a very spacious pool area with 3 Chaise loungers and many chairs and tables. Great city and mountain views from all areas. Koi pond with waterfall that attracts wildlife including many birds. Various viewing decks. Large Santé Fe fireplace. This home offers all this yet close to downtown Tucson, University of Arizona, arts districts and shopping. The home is just a few minutes drive from the main parking lot for Tucson's New Modern Street Car! Towering Giant Saguaro cactus on property! 1.4 acres. Located at the base of the Tucson Mountains in the Western Foothills. Incredible views of Santa Catalina and Rincon mountain chains. Very secluded and quiet pool yard with 1 gas and 1 charcoal BBQ's. Just 8 miles to Saguaro National Park! Pets considered. (Please ask) (Sorry no large parties allowed. Family and friends are welcome though) This entire property including pool, jacuzzi and Koi pond is covered by a commercial insurance policy and you as a guest are covered for medical and personal liability.

This property was excellent. It had everything we needed. Any questions were immediately answered by the owner. Beds were comfortable, kitcken was well outfitted. We especially enjoyed the koi pond.

Tucson Family Gathering
We loved staying at Tony's home! It was perfect for my son, his wife, my two grandchildren and me. We spent a wonderful week in this private desert setting as our home base. The house offered everything we needed and Tony is definitely a superhost.

This is the best place to come & unwind, no noise, very private. Great accommodations for a family to have a wonderful time. Very well stocked even fish food for the goldfish. I would definitely come back here again.

Magnificent!
We came to Tucson for our daughter’s wedding. This house was great for having family and friends visit. Well equipped kitchen made it easy for making meals, the pool was great and the koi pond was beautiful.

Found this place and booked pretty last minute. Owner very responsive, lots of space, enjoyed the view. Hot tub was out of service but sounded like will be up and running soon. Pool was nice. Would definitely stay again!!!

Love this home and location
This house is a little gem tucked away in a sweet neighborhood with easy access to downtown. We stayed for a week when we dropped off our daughter at college. The pool was so refreshing for hot days. There are tons of areas to hang out outside. I meditated by the koi pond on a number of mornings. We will definitely stay here again sometime.

Perfect Location
We stayed at this property for a month. We really enjoyed the outdoor area and the views from the platform at sunset. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. There is very quick acess to the highway and great hiking. We enjoyed the Tuscon food scene and most of the best restaurants were within 10-15 minutes of the house. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Great home away from home!
The house was a perfect home away from home! It was equipped with everything we needed and more. I accidentally bought whole bean coffee and realized there was even a coffee bean grinder that I was able to use in the home! The patio and pool area were just amazing..especially after a hike in 110 degree weather! We would definitely love to stay here if we are in the area again, someday. Tucson wedding
We chose this VRBO due to the location and closeness to our plans there. The wedding was downtown and just minutes away from the house. It was perfect. We all enjoyed our stay. There was a small glitch regarding WIFI, but quickly resolved with the owner. I would recommend Tony's house to anyone going to Tucson.

All the comforts of home
This house was perfect for our siblings reunion. The house had everything we could possibly use and there was plenty of room to spread out and enjoy different activities.
