There are several cool hiking trails and hotspots that the outdoors provides including Mt. Lemmon, Karchner Caverns, Colossal Caves, Saguaro National Park and much more. The extended driveway is partially covered, providing covered parking and plenty of space for your RV. The rustic pavers leading to the homey nook with terracotta pottery and the mischievous Kokopelli decor housing the custom-made front door truly foreshadows what awaits inside. Upon entering the living room has an open floor concept with views directly to the backyard Sonoran Oasis. The open area has high distressed wood ceilings with exposed wood beams and custom Spanish tile throughout. Come sit on the comfortable sofa and loveseat in front of the enchanting fireplace that is accented with decorative tile or jam out on the electric piano.
Heading towards the kitchen from the living room, you find a very intriguing dining room displaying amazing native artwork from the region that will inspire some interesting dinner conversations around the banquet-style solid wood dining table. The artwork is encased in cherry wood cabinets with accent lighting to really improve the aesthetic impact.
Calling all foodies, the kitchen is furnished with a gas stainless stove and oven combination, a microwave, French door refrigerator and dishwasher for all your kitchen needs. The cherry wood cabinets provide plenty of room for storage and there are beautiful extended granite countertops for prepping and entertaining. The deep sink with goose neck waterspout is sure to efficiently handle any BBQ's and or cooking needs.
There is a comfy leather lazy boy and bench style sofa with TV in the family room overlooking the back patio and sparkling pool to relax and enjoy the air conditioning when you're done in the sun! The sunlight allows natural light to completely cast over this area.
The guest bathroom features a full tub/shower combo and is decorated with soft sea green walls with a paisley rug with orange pop outs and the matching hand towels truly amplify the effect.
The master bedroom has plush carpet throughout, a king style bed, lounger, flat screen TV and even a desk area to allow you to work remotely. The soft colors and ambient lighting allow for a peaceful night's sleep. The master bathroom features an oversized tile stand up shower, walk in closet, wash sink with plenty of counter space and great lighting. There is also a separate area housing a deep tub with hand held shower spout, toilet and sink with extended countertops.
The second bedroom has a Twin-XL over Queen bunk bed that sleeps 3 with a twin pull out trundle for 4th guest. The room also features a flat screen TV, a game table, plenty of games and puzzles for the family and other children's activities to keep the littles ones busy and enjoying their vacation as well.
The guest bedroom is every bookworm's dream with a built-in library that is packed with all of the classics for you or your teens. The antique Victorian style shutters in this room remind you of the history that this home holds. There is a comfy loveseat across from the library for you to lose yourself in the pages of your next adventure. This sofa is a Queen pull out that can sleep two. This room has a monitor, keyboard and mouse connected to a universal laptop docking station for all your work and or school needs.
Once you're unpacked and ready to soak in the sun, step out into the backyard oasis! This beautiful backyard features a sparkling 8ft swimming pool with a kiddie pool attached and a spa catering to all of the family needs! The backyard has a fully covered extended patio with pavers, banquet style patio table for entertaining, BBQ and lounging chairs to lay out by the poolside. Of course, you could always lay down your beach towel on the beautiful flagstone pool decking if you felt so inclined! There are extravagant potted succulent displays outback to set the stage of your backyard BBQ. This property features a record player, puzzles, rokus and books as well as camping, hiking gear and some pool toys in the closet outside the guest bedroom. The pool and spa are a combination and cannot be heated separately additional charge to heat.

House Rules:
~Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit in the amount of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed either via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.

~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature. The pool heat fee has an additional charge of $90.00/day plus tax and needs three days to heat to 82 degrees in winter. Inform the agent ahead of time to prepare.
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
