We love hosting visitors, and we want you to enjoy your time in our home. That's why we keep our list of rules simple and our cleaning fees low.

House Rules
• Guest Count: Be sure your guest count is accurate when you book
• Parties: No parties. $995 violation fee + booking termination
• Visitors: Contact us to request non-guest visitors if applicable.
• Noise: Quiet time is between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
• Pool Heating: Costs extra based on season. Ask for a pool heating quote.
• Pets: Max 2 dogs only. $50 pet fee.
• Features & Amenities May Be Subject to Availability
• No fire/flame inside: Fireplaces are decorative only.
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking within 20 feet of the house
• Clogged Plumbing: $95 management fee plus plumber costs
• Yard & Pool Service is performed weekly and may occur during your stay

Suggestions:
• Avoid plumbing clogs by scraping food into trash and flushing responsibly
• Use paper towels (not our white linens) to clean up messes
• Skim the pool surface if/as desired between weekly pool cleanings

We live nearby and can generally be available on short notice if necessary. We value our guest privacy and only come on property when yard/pool maintenance are required, when a guest requests that we come on site, or when a situation arises that requires that we visit the property.

The pool and yard are serviced weekly. A pool/yard technician may access the pool and yard to perform this service at some point during your stay. We service the pool and yard prior to every check-in, so it is possible this service won't occur during your stay. Tucson can be windy, so leaves and stuff can blow into the pool prior to check-in. The home has a pole and net for guests to skim the pool surface as desired between our regularly scheduled pool cleanings.

In the rare instances when we need to visit the property during a guest stay, we endeavor to message the guest in advance.

Impressive Space
We rented this house for the Gem Show and absolutely loved it. It is spacious and grand, with an incredible view. The house is minimalist but stylish, functional, and comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Spacious and a great view!
We had a wonderful stay at the skyline. The name is fitting. Beautiful view of downtown Tucson and the mountains beyond from the foothills. I took a time lapse video of one of the top 5 sunsets of all time from the hot tub. Gorgeous. Neighborhood roads were in really rough shape from but appeared to about to get repaved. We stayed for a week to tour all of Tucson and found the location pretty central for touring both national parks, the canyon and the air museum. The house was luxuriously scaled and very spacious. Our family trip had three generations and it was awesome to have so many bathrooms. Be aware that sound really carries in the house.

Wonderful visit to Tucson!
We had a wonderful stay in this lovely home for three weeks! The house was clean and comfortable, the views were amazing, and Magic and Kaela were very responsive when we had questions about the house. We purchased a new home while we were in town, but if we hadn't we would surely stay again at this special property. My husband and I highly recommend it!

We had a terrific stay!
The 5-bed, 5 1/2 bath Skyline home with open kitchen & living area, with massive windows that framed the gorgeous views, created a welcoming space for a group of professionals who traveled to Tuscon to attend training. The kitchen was well stocked, including coffee, and all appliances were in good repair. Each bedroom and bathroom was well appointed. The master suite and master bath were truly exceptional. The pool was clean and warm, and the security system made access to check-in/out easy. I'd gladly stay here again. I can't say enough about the view, which was magical, and the wall of windows overlooking the pool allowed you to take it all in. Thank you!

Anniversary Family Party
This home was perfect for a family of 9 adults. It is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the city lights and very spacious. We did have one unfortunate incident on the afternoon of the second day. We had a huge monsoon storm (typical for Tucson this time of year) and resulted in a mudslide coming into the patio and pool, rendering it unusable. We contacted the owner to let him know there were some issues after the storm and they came right out to assess the damage and start the cleanup process. They were very attentive and cleaned off part of the deck so we were able to use the hot tub. All in all it was a very good time for all even though the pool was not usable at the end of our stay. We would definately come back again.

A great Graduation weekend
We booked for our son's graduation from UofA. The house was well represented by the pictures but turned out to be even more awesome in person. It was very clean and spacious. It was fully stocked with bath towels, pool towels, paper towels and TP. Great storage for groceries and drinks. We were 10 and had plenty of room. I highly recommend this location.

We were a group of older folks. A total of 4 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. Another couple would be a possibility, although the fifth bedroom is very small. Family wedding/vacatiom
House, pool, bedrooms,bathrooms,laundry are all essential for our family of 8, grandparents plus 3 families with infants. Home provided high chairs and pack and plays. Location was quiet and night views of the city were wonderful. We were born and raised in arizona and this neighborhood gives you a sense of what Tucson once was.

We enjoyed this open, bright and spacious property. The photos describe it well. The kitchen is very well equipped. All of our requests were addressed promptly and courteously by management. The property is situated in a rather rustic location in the hills, with wonderful sunset views of the city through floor-to ceiling windows as well as an opposite view of the Catalina Mountains.

Fantastic house for bringing families together. We were two families with teenagers. This was the perfect house to all be together, but have space to spread out. People were either playing cornhole in the front or hanging by the pool. The kitchen is beautiful with great appliances and well stocked. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We had a great time! Magic and Kaela were responsive and helpful. Excellent service!
