"We enjoyed the coco restaurant a lot. The food and service were great. The fruit drinks were excellent! However, we saw a rat twice during a dinner, and a stray cat that was lingering near tables. That is unclean and unsanitary. The staff didn’t do anything about it. That is a need for improvement, especially if you want to keep international travelers enjoying their stay and recommending your resort to others. "

"This was the only bad place I stayed in out of the 8 hotels I stayed in during my PH trip. I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "

"I made this reservation on expedia. I the called the property to confirm. I was told that they were full and could bot honor the reservation. The staff there made zero attempts to help me, even though I was a weary traveller far from home, in the province. The lady told me that “I” could contact the owner. She wouldn’t do it. "オーナーはフレンドリーで親切だと思います。 私たちはファミリータイプの宿を選択しましたがそこは地図に載っていない場所にありました。事前にもらった住所にはオーナーのアパートが記載されており、当日はそこからバイクで5分の場所に連れて行ってもらいました(ただし有料でした。歩くと50分かかると言われました。) アパートは写真通り綺麗でしたがキッチン周りには大量の蟻がいました。あとゴキブリにも一度会いました。仕方ないと思うしかないと思います。 宿泊した翌日は不幸なことに停電に見舞われ家の中ら大変暑かったです。(オーナー曰く停電はかなり珍しいとのこと)結局やチェックアウトまで電力が回復することはありませんでした。 7人での宿泊で楽しい時間を過ごせたのは確かですが他の友人にこのアパートメントを勧めることはないと思います。とても行きにくい立地です。しかしフィリピンらしさを感じられるという意味では良いと思います。"
