"The property was as advertised, specific to the size of the home and it's location. However, despite communication with the owner of the home specific to HEATING problems during the first three days of our stay, it still took repeated (3) visits from repairmen to fix the HEATING problem. Professional Heating repair, conducted by "Trane" (a well-known Heating contractor) did fix the problem on day 4 of our 7 day stay. "The three bedroom, two bath house has all you need for a small group or family, including a heated pool and proximity to Tubac. While the prooperty is certainly not new, it is well kept up and very comfortable. You will enjoy the interior Mexican decor. The owner, Raquel, is easy to reach by phone and very responsive should you have requests. A very good value. March of 2025 has been our third annual stay at this property and we will definitely be back again next year. Highly recommended."

"I booked this place to surprise my 83 old mother with a nice place to stay near Tucson. When we arrived to move her in I walked in on an unsuspecting guest who had been staying there for a week and still had several days on his stay. Classic case of a “Superhost” who posts onmultiple sites but doesn’t manage their bookings! Lazy! I’m lucky the guy didn’t freak out! "We have rented several VRBO properties, some markedly more expensive than this one. This is by far one of the best rentals. It was very well stocked with everything we needed to stay for a week. Lots of towels, silverware, dishes, TVs, extra bedding if needed and a welcome package for breakfast. We loved the coffee service so we could make only one cup and not a whole pot. "Rancho Sonoita was the perfect place for us to stay when we were in the area for a wedding. The casita has beautiful views, and the setting is quiet and relaxing. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the casita is comfortable and spacious. The well-equipped kitchen worked out so well for us. The large patio area and gas grill were another bonus. We felt fortunate to visit with Joy and Kim (the owners) while we were there. They are wonderful hosts, and wonderful people. We highly recommend this...
