"We did not stay went to the room and it was absolutely filthy. Bugs all over the room and the floor clearly was not washed since the last guests left. Shower was dirty and fridge still had food spill from previous geusts inside. We left and found alternative accommodation as room was not fit for a stay. Very disappointed given the fee they charged."

"Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially."

"The lodge is okaish we just slept over enroute to Zimbabwe. It is clean that you can't fault it. Avoid a room with a shower as the showers are very impractical, they slunt to the centre so its difficult to balance in the shower. My husband actually fell.
