"This property is beautiful and convenient for walking the Nakasendo Way. The onsen was wonderful! The restaurant served delicious dinner and breakfast! The amenities were fabulous! The staff were absolutely fantastic and helpful!!"

"Perhaps be more flexible on check in time. It was drizzling n cold. We arrived at 14.10 but were not able to chk in as the staff said the room was not ready. Otherwise everything was perfect n highly recommend"
