This hotel is a small luxury hotel and surprisingly all the staff are very attentive, friendly, providing top notch service no less than ( or even better? ) some familiar and big hotel brands. The atmosphere is upscale and very comfortable . Daily breakfast buffet has small selection but it’s perfect for anyone who prefers quality over quantity. I personally loved their self serve laundry room. A must for a longer trip. Super convenient location, only 5 minutes walk from Causeway Bay MTR station with all the restaurants and shops surrounding. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience high quality hotel without breaking the bank.

Property is situated in a desirable residential area, a nice escape from the bustling city. Staff is attentive, especially manager Stanley who help to make my stay comfortable. Hotel will be cosy and warm once they install the central heating system

First of all, it was really frustrating when the hotel staff advised us that they couldn't find any reservation record of our stay, despite our showing of the payment to Expedia and Itinerary number. The hotel staff advised us to contact Expedia Canada to sort that out ourselves and as such we have to call long-distance from Hong Kong. While it was finally sorted out, it was extremely stressful and costs us money to pay for long-distance roaming. Other than that, overall the hotel is OK.
