"Stayed for three nights November 2024. Cottage was comfortable with everything you need for a short break. Cottage is a little tired, but was perfectly comfortably for our stay. Hosts were quick to respond. Hot tub was excellent - very clean. There were no household products so if you stay here bring toilet roles and fairy liquid! "

"one of two shepherds hut situated at the top of field/garden with a two person hot tub which was lovely in the evening watching the stars above on the clear night, the hut itself is lovely and cosy with a small woodburner (lighter, kindle and logs supplied) and everything you needed was supplied. There are sheep fenced off in the middle of the field with surrounding apple trees and a stream at the bottom and chickens to the side. Had a great stay with our two small dogs -thank you "

"It was a wonderful, peaceful, relaxing place to celebrate turning 60 with husband, two adult children and the dog! Booked only a week before so only had two nights... we should have booked longer. Planning to return very soon. The lodge is very comfortable with high end finish pretty much throughout. It is very spacious and yet cosy... we loved the covered decking outside. "Cannot recommend enough superb in all aspects very quiet area away from busy lives. Very clean everything you need for a perfect stay plus extra personal touches from the host ie fresh flowers and home made cakes.
