"Travelled by train although parking is available , walking distance from the train station . One night stay 5 stars based on this being budget accomodation , couldn't expect any better for the price . Single room ensuite . Friendly , helpful staff and I was able to leave my case with them after check out whilst I spent the day in Truro before getting the train . Would stay again ."

"We booked one night here to start our first family holiday tour of Cornwall. We could not rate this place anymore. A lovely friendly welcome amd stay. The landlord couldn’t have done enough for us and the newly refurbished room was first class. We were then treated to a wonderful full Cornish breakfast before leaving for our next stay. The most wonderful little gem"

"We rented the summerhouse which was clean, welcoming and fairly well equipped. Self catering in such a small space was difficult but we took the view we wanted to experience food at the many restaurants nearby so not a major problem. The location was ideal for getting out and exploring parts of Cornwall we hadn’t seen before as well as being around an hour from the north coast. Ben and Lou were very welcoming and nothing was too much. We would certainly consider going back the next time we visit...
