St Mawes is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a huge variety of places to explore, there are many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. (Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses.

Living / dining room with TV comfortable seating, table and chairs, bay window, sliding patio door, door to kitchen and on to the utility room. family shower room, with WC and hand basin, twin bedroom, further twin bedroom with sliding door onto the patio. Another hallway leads from the snug lounge to the master double bedroom with 4'6" double bed, storage and garden views. Shower room with large, walk-in rainfall shower, WC and hand basin. Twin bedroom with storage. Family bathroom with shower over, and hand basin. Separate WC.
Outside: A private drive leads past some apple trees and to a parking area with space for 4 cars. There is a large lawned garden surrounded by mature trees, shrubs, and flowers that is fenced to make it secure for dogs. Large south-facing patio with table, chairs, and sun loungers. Further gardens surround the property that are not "dog secure."
