Much cosier than The Big Boys
Everything was very clean. Shower was great, comfort just right & the bed was the best for ages. The breakfast was another "wow" as well. Lovely bright place in a convenient location for town. I will definitely recommend this to everyone (poss not kids) but the place better not be full the next i want to book!!!!!!!!!!

Hard to access
Very hard to access and wrong phone number listed on booking so I could not phone to gain access to the building. No signage to parking that is hard to find. It took me 30 minutes to gain access from when I found the B&B.

Travelled from Bournemouth so a good 4 hour drive. I was worried about the time I’d check in due to afternoon training at home. Messaged the owner and he kindly offered to let me check-in latest 9pm rather than 7pm. Which helped massively!

A wonderful place
Warm greeting despite turning up late. Shown around the property and taken to my room. Room was comfortable and homely with an excellent bed and a great selection of teas/coffees etc. Bathroom was modern and scrupulously clean. Breakfast room was clean and well appointed and food was excellent. Overall a great stay and i will definitely stay again.

Superb B&B in the Heart of Truro
An excellent bed & breakfast, right in the heart of beautiful Truro. The proprietors, Peter & Norbert were very welcoming and informative on places to visit in the Roseland area of Cornwall. The house and rooms are immaculate and tastefully decorated. Our room had obviously only recently been refurbished or decorated. It was spotless, comfortable and roomy. The breakfast room is equally tastefully decorated and immaculate, a perfect venue to enjoy the delicious, ample sized cooked breakfast. The B&B also boasts a lounge with an honesty bar for guests to enjoy if they so wish. The B&B is situated 10 minutes walk from the centre of Truro.

Lovely welcoming guest house
We had a superior room which is at the front of the house. Heard a lot of traffic noise from the main road when windows open, no air conditioning. Peter & Norbet we’re perfect hosts giving advice on where to go and where to avoid. Fabulous breakfast each day! Room kept clean and tidy every day.

Lovely clean and comfy.
Lovely, clean and comfy rooms. Excellent hosts and brilliant covid safe measures. Breakfast was good. Parking situation could be improved, perhaps via ensuring the guests have the contact number of the hosts in case the car is at the back of the lot and they need to leave early.

The parking is limited so you have to block other cars in overnight. As a result you aren't always flexible to leave the premises when you want, as you may be blocked in! Other than that the breakfast was good, along with the service
