The check-in itself can have some improvement as the automated service with the help of an automate outside the main entrance does not work if you book via Expedia. "Unfortunately the spa was closed for cleaning while we were there, but the room and restaurant were very nice. Staff was helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Good breakfast with lots of options. The grounds are very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again to enjoy the spa."
