They were doing some upgrades, and the workmen were not only quite polite, and helpful, but the distraction from their work was minimal. The hotel was very clean, and we felt quite safe there. "Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest?
