No puedo opinar pues cuando llegué no habia nadie y no pude entrar. Llamé a un teléfono que me atendieron en inglés. Intenté explicar lo sucedido, con mi precario inglés, y la operadora me contestó que no me entendía y me colgó. Así mismo!. Me vi obligado a buscar un hotel en Trujillo. No entiendo porqué no hubo una atención al cliente en castellano.

Engaño total. Inicié la búsqueda de una habitación en Trujillo para dos adultos y una niña, al salirme una oferta de 50 € no dude en cogerla. Tanto en la oferta como en la factura venía especificado como precio total 50 €. Y resulta que me cobraron en total , para mí desagradable sorpresa 250€: 50 € de precio " total", otros 50€ en concepto de " limpieza y entrega de llaves" y 150 € en concepto de fianza, todo ello antes de entrar y por supuesto de informar. El trato del dueño de la casa fue terrorífico, desentendiéndose completamente del " error" (para nosotros engaño),por parte de la empresa encargada. Tuvimos que hacer fotos y vídeo para dejar patente que la casa quedó, después de una sola noche, en perfectas condiciones, para que nos devolviesen la fianza. Ni una sola palabra de disculpa, ni un intento de acuerdo con el dueño, nos dejó un desagradable y amargo recuerdo de nuestro paso por la preciosa ciudad de Trujillo. El precio total, al anunciar las ofertas, debe ser el precio completo, no es justo que se cobre justo el doble en concepto de "gastos extra de limpieza y entrega de llaves". Repito: engaño total

Sobre la casa no tengo ninguna pega, solo que los 50€ de la limpieza deberían estar incluidos en el precio de la noche. Que aparezca en la pagina que te cobran los 150€ de la fianza y los 50€ de la limpieza a la tarjeta y no en el establecimiento como pone.
