This cabin is unique in all the right ways and you are sure to make vacation memories of a lifetime.

Perfect location
Rented this 3 bedroom for us, the kids and grandkids. Such a cool cabin. Plenty of room and right in the river. We plan on making this an annual trip!

Beautiful home on the river
The home is beautiful with the river only 10 feet off of the front porch. We had a wonderful time with our family. Total 6- 4 adults and 2 kids. Close to downtown Truckee where you can find everything you need. Market night on Thursday was fun for the entire group, with a freebies shuttle that you can catch in town and not have to find parking at the event

Without going into details I'll just say that the pictures were nicer than reality. Also,not the owners fault, but the highway noise was insane when outside. Hard to enjoy the back deck and river when you can't hear the person next to you. Yes, it quiets down at night but we're talking well after 10PM.

It was an adventure
The river was beautiful, but our enjoyment of the setting was overshadowed by a major, ongoing plumbing issue. As long as we were using a single bathroom everything worked fine, but as soon as the rest of our family arrived and more than one bathroom came into use there were problems which ultimately resulted in water backing through a toilet and bathtub and flooding of a bathroom. The problem was reported as soon as it was discovered, but because it was a weekend, no maintenance was available. On a happier note, when the flood occurred, at 1:00 am, a call for help resulted in an immediate move to a new property. It was an adventure - a sense of humor helped

Down by the river
A beautiful setting right next to the Truckee River! It’s next to the highway but we rarely noticed any traffic noise, especially once inside. Great hot tub and dry sauna! Too much snow to access the river but hope to come back this Summer to enjoy the private beach.

Great cabin close to skiing.
Overall great stay at this cabin with plenty of sleeping space. Only 6 minutes to pallisades was amazing. The hot tub was great and entertainment space was enjoyable with 6 friends.
