Beautiful property and check in was seamless. Hot tub in the back deck/trees was amazing, and plenty of beds to go around for our party of 11. Would go back in a heartbeat!
Great lodge for my group of ski buddies who wanted to explore a couple different mountains in the area. Well equipped to cook for big groups and had shovels and snow blowers to help dig out from the big storm we had
We had a blast. Great house!! One neighbor was very rude and would not let us sled so that really negatively effected the stay hit everything was amazing.
The house was very clean and was stocked with everything needed to cook and be comfortable throughout our stay. It was very spacious and in a convenient location close to town. The hot tub was clean and great after a long day of hiking. Communication with the host was very easy and quick. We couldn’t be more happy with our stay. Truckee is a fun little town with yummy food and lots to do.
Beautiful big house in a great location near Tahoe Donner downhill
It was about 7 mins drive to Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort, and they provided some discount cards. Wonderful house. Great kitchen. Fast wifi (280 down/40 up). Responsive manager. Photos don't do it justice. The spa out on the deck is super big. Will likely come again
We celebrated my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary over Thanksgiving. Ten people total, 3 generations. Plenty of parking for 5 cars+, easy to find location, 5 minutes to town and the freeway, a few more to downtown. 5 bedrooms were plenty spacious for the ten of us. The cabin is gorgeous. Only issues were the mattresses are overdue to be replaced (and I think they are in the process of doing that), and the living room and kitchen and master bedroom are up a set of stairs. Climbing those stairs for anyone mobility challenged will be difficult. And I carried the luggage and ice chest full of food up the stairs for my 80 year old parents.
Really nice area, close to stores and places to eat. The cabin was great, roomy, and the hot tub definitely a plus. The bathtub in the master bedroom was a favorite forsure, and the fireplace, (although not used) was amazing. Appreciate the host for being available and taking care of us along the way, thank you!
We came with a group of friends for a long weekend. It was a terrific location to explore Truckee and Donner Lake. There were a number of bedrooms, with space for everyone. Our one piece of feedback is the place was pretty limited in furniture in the common areas so it was hard to be able to all hang out comfortably in one room.

House was decent. Cute but extremely uncomfortable
We needed to sleep 18 persons. Disappointed that the beds were horrible. Especially ALL of the bunkbeds. All mattresses need serious replacements. We were upset that ALL of the smoke alarms were removed. Just made you feel a little unsafe with so many fires going on. The steam thing did not exist in the Master bedroom and the house was very hot due to a schedule thermostat that we kept trying to turn down. We were excited for house much room this house advertised but disappointed most of all that the beds need updated. It also does not sleep 18 people very well. There are some tiny bunkbeds that can not fit a person under the age of 8 and the sofa bed is usless as well for comfort. Better to sleep on the floor.
Beautiful house for our family gathering with a buoy tub you can sink into. Great stay!

Locks and Communication
The place was great; however, the locks don’t work well. It didn’t seem safe that all doors upstairs weren’t able to lock. It’s also been several days after our stay, and I have yet to receive any communication as to when I should expect my refundable damage deposit. This is a bit frustrating. The communication was great up until the stay, but then after the stay I haven’t heard a word.
This home met our expectations! So much space, clean, beautiful location! The kids loved being able to just go out back and sled or play in all the snow! Kitchen was great for entertaining and being with everyone! I absolutely would recommend and can’t wait to go back
This house was a great place to stay for our group of friends visiting Truckee for wedding! It is a massive house, so there is plenty of room for a big group. We enjoyed the location and access to downtown Truckee and everything we needed. Most of the rooms also have a bathroom which is nice for our age adults (30+) that like some of their own space. The only thing is there are a few small things that were a little finicky, like some of the locks but other than that the home was great for us. Thank you!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
Communcation is rough
The house is large and can fit a large family easily.
Be aware that a lot of the amenities listed require a guest pass and that pass is only for 4 people. The house has 2 passes that it is good for 8 people (this is not listed in the original listing). When we arrived the passes were gone (accidentally taken by the last renter). I reach out to the contact for the house and after no response from them for 2 hours I reached out again and was finally told that I need to go pick up the replacement passes (after wasting half of a day waiting for them). The communication is not good and that part of the trip was disappointing.
I had a phenomenal time! Large cabin with many rooms and all very nice clean 5 star bathrooms and large jacuzzi tubs, jacuzzi on deck and steam room shower. Amazing entertaining kitchen and fire place living area with wrap around decks and views. Will stay again ;) every guest has a blast! They also have surround sound speakers and games to play. Overall amazing experience. We all stayed for a friends wedding nearby and had a good time. Beds were very comfortable as well.
Beautiful place with tons of room. Everyone in our party was over the age of 18 however I couldn’t help but note all the bunk beds and space for kids. Very versatile. Grill, 3 decks, jacuzzi tubs & large showers with multiple settings. The only thing I would note is there is no access to the hot-tub through any other room except the master. Overall beautiful architecture and very clean. We were quite happy with our stay.
