Remodeled Ski In/out Condo At Northstar Resort

Gorgeous and newly-remodeled ski in/out condo directly off the ski trails within the Northstar Resort. You can ski down to the gondola in the morning and ski directly back home for lunch! The unit is also just a short walk to the NorthStar Village restaurants, shops, and amenities. Please read through our 100+ guest reviews to get a better sense our property, services, and amenities.

Our home is fully equipped and accessorized. The living room features a day bed with pull out trundle and a sofa with new queen sized memory foam mattress, gas fireplace, connected television w/ cable, high-speed WIFI, and a collection of family games, puzzles, and books. A deck with BBQ gas grill sits just off the living room. The kitchen features granite countertops and high-end appliances, and is well-equipped with coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils and kitchen ware.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed, connected TV, and plenty of storage with remodeled closet, dresser and nightstands. The bathroom features a granite sink, new tub/shower and hairdryer.

The unit is located on the ground floor with minimal stairs and includes free parking directly in front of the unit. There's a secure storage locker for skis and poles, and a free laundry room with washer/dryer in the building.

You also have access to the Northstar Rec Center amenities that includes a fully-equipped gym, resort-style pools, arcade and game room, pickleball and tennis courts, and multiple outdoor heated spas. These amenities are only available to Northstar property owners and their guests (for $8/day guest fee).

This is a non-smoking, no pets home. Our home accommodates a maximum of 4-5 people. Please contact owner before booking a reservation for 5 people. Thank you.

Great Location - all you need for ski week
Easy check in, super responsive host, place has everything you need. Would definitely stay again. Extra bonus is you have parking for the full day of check out so can ski and not have to pay for a day’s parking!

This place had all the furnishings and amenities needed for our family ski weekend at Northstar. Well appointed kitchen and bathroom, updated decor, separate ski locker for ski gear. Very clean, perfect location. Would love to come back next year!

Great property for a nice ski vacation.
Took my 14 year old grandson from Indianapolis up to Northstar for his first ski trip in four years. Condo was great and everything we needed. Our time after skiing was great, walking to village to explore restaurants, recreation center for the pool and hot hub and taking the gondola up to see the Ritz-Carlton. Nice to take a midday break from skiing for lunch and a nap!! Thanks!!

My husband and I stayed here because it was close to the trails, down town Truckee, and easy access to Northstar amenities. This place was the perfect size for two adults. Very clean and had everything one could need.

Prime location for Epic pass holders
This space is such a gem. Ski in, ski out, perfect size for a family of four with a responsive host. Space is clean, well kept and equipped with everything you need. Walking distance to anything you’d like to do at Northstar Village. We plan to stay again sometime in the future.

Great condo right on ski slopes
Great location. Easy access to ski trail and slopes right by the condo. The Northstar shuttle picks up right by the condo and provides easy access to the village. The ski locker and hall area are a plus. The hall is a great place for coats and other ski clothes. Kitchen is equipped with anything you would need to prepare meals. The only complaint I have is that the mattress in the bedroom is not very comfortable. Overall the condo was just great!

Great condo at Northstar ski trails. Nicely remodeled and cozy
Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski weekend at NorthStar. Easy access to the village and mountain from the ski trail outside the unit (we even skied back midday to make lunch) - its about a 1-2 minute ski down to the gondola or village express lift. Very comfortable, remodeled unit - nice bathroom and great kitchen. We have stayed in a good number of different Northstar ski trails condos over the years and this one ranks up there in terms of newness, lighting, and general comfort. The host was also super-responsive (minutes) when we had a question. We also appreciated the gas fireplace for warming up cold toes. Highly recommend!

Northstar retreat
We had a very nice stay at this clean and comfortable remodeled condo unit located in forested area. It is short distance uphill from village. Large windows view out to forest which gives privacy and lots of light. It was unseasonably cool weather for our stay, but we were cozy with warm heating and fireplace. Thank you for the very enjoyable stay.

Great location!
Very nice clean ski condo on 1st floor with parking outside. Village was fairly close to walk despite snowing and deep snow. Apartment comfortable except couch was rather worn and not comfortable to sit on, but other options. Would definitely come back!

The property was beautiful and it was quiet. I loved how the condo was fully stocked with usable household items. The only thing that I did notice once we were going to bed was that one of the pillows was not clean. There was a few hairs on the pillow that made me feel uncomfortable and wondering if the other bedding were clean and washed before us checking in. Other than that, everything was great and clean.

Only positive thing about this rental is the location - left a night early
When we arrived we could immediately tell this apt was not well maintained nor cleaned so much so we left a night early just to get out of there! There was trim on the floor missing from the kitchen to the living room leaving exposed screw heads, a canned light was falling out over the day bed, there was a dead fly on the ceiling, food on the floor/barstools/counters/stuck to the wall by the garbage, hair and other random grossness in the utensil drawer, the dirty cleaning rag had been left on top of the coffee machine.... and this was all just in the living & dining room area. In the bathroom there was hair on the shower walls, black mildew I would easily wipe off with my hand, and the icing on the cake was taking a shower and grabbing a "clean towel" only to find dirt on my body .... shook out the towel and there was a ton of crap that came off. In the bedroom, there was a chunk of hair on the "clean sheets" right next to my husband's pillow. I notified the owner of these issues and he immediately offered to have someone come re-clean the apt but I told him no because I felt uncomfortable with all of our stuff in there so we changed out our own sheets and towels. Then came the parking issues. We were supposed to be mailed parking passes, which never showed up. We were supposed to have parking passes in a drawer in the kitchen when we arrived, which weren't there. Then there were supposed to be some in the maintenance closet (which thank goodness we were told where the key was for this so we could get clean sheets and towels!), which again there were not. The owner called the HOA and notified them of the make/model of our car but coming back from a run on Friday I find a ticket on our car and the person giving the ticket said he had no information about our vehicle. I called the number on the ticket and the owner had indeed called. The owner then said he was going to get some passes brought to us and instead of leaving them outside the apt he gives whoever dropped them off the code to the apt without our permission.

Awesome location!
My wife and I stayed here for a weekend in July and really enjoyed it. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the village that takes about 10 minutes. The condo was very comfortable for the 2 of us and could accommodate a 3rd guest with the daybed in the living room. We look forward to coming back in the future.
