All the comforts of home and all the amenities of a mountain resort. This delightful 2 bedroom condo can accommodate up to 6 people with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room and 2 single beds in an open and spacious loft.

The condo features all the modern amenities you'll find at home including cable TV, DVD, VCR, Wi-Fi , attached garage, washer & dryer, dishwasher, gas cook top stove and a BBQ. Along with the comforts of home, you'll enjoy the outdoor deck and a small game room off the master bedroom overlooking the living room.

For guests vacationing during the summer months, you'll have access to several amenities offered to you through Tahoe Donner Association. The Association offers 2 clubhouses, Trout Creek Recreation Center which is directly across the street from the condo. This offers a driving range, pool, spa, massage therapists, workout machines and much more. Just up the road from the condo is a small grocery store and the Tahoe Donner Golf Course. This 18 hole course is nestled within the splendor of towering pines and wandering creeks. After finishing your round on the challenging and unique 18th hole, be sure to enjoy the fine dining and your favorite beverage at The Lodge Restaurant and Pub. Tahoe Donner offers the use of their private marina on the east end of Donner Lake. Here you can enjoy a BBQ, swimming, boat rentals and the use of the private boat launch. Crawdad fishing is a favorite of the kids. Just down the road from the condo is the Northwoods Clubhouse. Here you'll find a pool, tennis courts and bocce ball courts.
Oh yes, there is also a horse stable at Tahoe Donner!

For guests vacationing in the winter months Tahoe Donner offers several winter activities. The driving range in the summer is now a sledding hill. A couple of miles up the road from the condo, Tahoe Donner offers the use of their private, family-friendly ski hill. Along with downhill skiing and snowboarding you'll have access to an extensive network of groomed cross-country skiing trails. A short 25 minutes from the condo will take you to several world famous ski slopes to include Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Boreal, Sugar Bowl and NorthStar.

The use of all amenities in the Tahoe Donner Association are made available through the use of Guest Member cards which are included in your rental. All amenities in Tahoe Donner require a fee for use.

Great location near Tahoe Donner
The unit was clean and ready when we checked in. We had plenty of space and the game area was a huge plus! We have 2 kids and they loved the board/card games. Also, the location was perfect. It was easy to get to and very close to Tahoe Donner which is a great ski area to teach kids/beginners to ski. We will be visiting again in the future.

Very pleasant condo. Lots of room for two people and also for more. We had a short visit however having a garage to store ski gear etc in the winter is a huge benefit. Very clean and pleasant backyard deck

Awesome sweet little townhome in Truckee-Donner! Our family felt very comfortable at this property.
The place was well stocked with kitchen wares, towels, beach amenities and more! The beds were very comfortable too! Our only regret was that we were not able to spend more time here. Definitely a place we will come back to on our next visit we o Truckee-Donner! Thank you Carol for such a pleasant stay!

Great location, walking distance to Trout Creek Rec Center, the Lodge at the golf course and the Z Market. My Tundra was too large for the garage but there is ample outdoor parking. Would rent again.

Great stay and the unit worked just as we needed. Clean upon arrival. Unfortunately our huge Chevy Suburban did not fit in the garage, but there was plenty of other parking to spare. Great communication with property owner with very clear instructions. Fairly priced.

We really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 teenage boys. Had everything we needed for cooking/eating at home. It could use some maintenance and a good cleaning. I would stay here again though.

the condo was just perfect for our stay, it had everything you could possibly need, everything was explained in detail, check in process was extremely easy, super clean, area is beautiful. will be staying here again for sure, only small issue was the shower because it was kind of hard to regulate the water but other then that it was perfect

Memorial for Mom - Perfect Place
The condo was ABSOLUTELY perfect!! We came to The Lodge at TahoeDonner to celebrate the life of my mother. TahoeDonner is where I learned to ski and where my Dad was a National Ski Patrolman on the weekends. My Mom would come on Wednesdays with her girlfriends. TahoeDonner and Donner Lake have always been very happy places for my entire family. Thank you for providing a wonderful place to stay!

Clean and equipped rental
Carol’s place had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean, well maintained and had thoughtful touches such as ziploc bags, aluminum foil and condiments in the kitchen, as well as enough toiletries for the stay. The great atmospheric storm hit while staying at Carol’s and she was very responsive to our inquiries about when the snowplow would come dig us out of the condo complex. We would definitely stay again.

Spotless Condo at the perfect location!
We have rented various condos in Donner for the last 8 years and this was our favorite. It had a great floor plan with plenty of gathering space, yet room and nooks for personal R & R time, my favorite being the "game room" overlooking the living room. Location was top notch. I don't think we drove more than 5 minutes for anything, including skiing! Snow park and rec center right across the street was a big perk! Will definitely be coming back and hopefully soon!

finally used the Tahoe Donner rec center!
The location of this condo is great. At the end of a long day skiing it always sounds appealing to go soak in the hot tub, but not appealing to pile back into the car to do so. this condo was right across the street so we could just hop in and hop out. Condo also very cozy and clean. Loved it! we will be back.

Great house in fantastic location
We spent a long weekend in Carol’s house. The place was described as a condo but it’s a good sized house with plenty of space for sleeping, eating and playing. We played monopoly in the loft after skiing and it was so fun. My girls built a snowman in the backyard and used the sleds to go down the hill. We will come back!

Everything we needed, and more!!
A fun weekend stay at Carol's condo with our family of small young children. Condo has everything you could need for a long time stay, was surprised to see all of the appliances available in the kitchen. They've thought of everything you might need. Used the sleds in the garage, and appreciated the list of local amenities. Would definitely return, and recommend to others. Very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to a return trip next year!
