"We spent three nights at this property in the beginning of December and it was fantastic. There were three adults who each required their own bed. The room could sleep four and had an incredible balcony overlooking a town square. The market/main drag is just a few hundred feet away. Staff was amazing. On site Italian restaurant was amazing."

"The views are spectacular , the staff at the reception are nice, not that much at the Zion spa . English is a problem , they all speak Slovak and polish. No air condition in the whole hotel. How come , a 5 star hotel without air condition in the summer where temp is 95. They asked us to open the window and they brought us a fan from 1990 . All the bugs in the valley end entering through the open window. Breakfast is greasy and don’t expect any one to smile at you. Definitely , not worth the...

"Hotel very clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious food both in restaurant Grand Kasprowy as well as the -1 breakfast/dinner. Curtains in the room unfortunately do not close fully and was not resolved. Quite noisy air conditioning. "

"Very convenient if travelling by train as only a few minutes walk from station. Breakfast had large selection of hot and cold food and a cooking station for omlettes, etc to be made to order. Pool area was spotless and very relaxing. Indoor and outdoor jacuzzis, steam room and sauna suite. "
