"Probably our worst stay in poland (we went to krakow and warsaw), the most triggering part was the water, it always has a rusty smell. No body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste provided. Pillow at its worst shape and not comfort at all. However, despite all these the staff are amazing, approachable and friendly. Really wanna recognise the amazing staff for being hospitable despite the condition of the hotel. The breakfast was not bad too. The area is pretty near to everywhere we wanted to go so...

"Thin walls. Staff knew, shrugged and moved us to another building. Had to fight for room. Booked here and without proof would have slept in the car. When I showed her my iPad, she never apologized, just found us our first room which was sound proofed like a tent. "

"Great place, especially if you have a car when it snows. It is around 1km away from all main sites by foot. The inclusion of unlimited access to Termy Zakopanskie is definitely a plus. We were in a triple room which was very large. Pool and kids area are in the adjacent hotel. House keeping lady was able to communicate in English more than most persons in Zakopane. "We stayed at the Loft Affair as a family of 4. It was perfect, walkable to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Short taxi ride to the ski slopes.
