"Very friendly Italian restaurant with rooms. The room was comfortable and a good size, but was adjacent to the toilets the restaurant guests used. I came out of my room a couple of times just as men were coming out the gents which was a bit off putting. The room was clean and comfortable if a tiny bit dated. "Good welcome, room was lovely and warm and bedding clean and plenty of pillows and spotlessly clean towels. Nice touch of biscuits and chocolate. Great location and good price. Sadly there were signs of mould around the door and bathroom tiling could do with a more intense cleaning of the grout as orange/yellow build up, plus I shared the bathroom with two very large spiders that were well established as had webs in corners. Having said this, I would use the Wellington again as really convenient...

"The hotel was in the perfect location for the rail station, which was the reason for booking. The hotel was adequate in regards to their facilities, and the owner was very friendly, which is always a plus. The room was small, but fine for an overnight stay. It was a little bit musty in smell, though probably just needed airing a little bit more. Breakfast was reasonable and I was accommodated for allergies and preference. "

"We had booked another hotel in the area and was told on arrival there were no rooms We found this property and booked very last minute an hour before check in They were really friendly and accommodating with all our requests Plenty of additional heating as it was a cold night so a lovely cosy room Excellent would highly recomend"
