Bel appartement fonctionnel et bien situé, plage en face et centre ville a 10 mns a pieds. Il aurait besoin cependant de petits entretients tel que le robinet de douche qui ne fonctionne pas bien et le mur bien humide, la terrasse aurait besoin aussi d'un rafraichissement. Cela ne nous a pas empeché d'y passer une excellente semaine. Merci à l'agence qui nous a très bien reçu. A conseiller

Parfait sur toute la ligne
Appartement bien situé, belle vue sur la mer depuis l agréable terrasse. Confortable, très bien équipé, décoré avec goût, chambres confortables. La plage à 50m par un passage qui descend sur les planches. A Trouville tout peut se faire à pieds en quelques minutes. Le must : un parking privé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette location et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir. La petite brochure de l agence est remarquablement bien faite. Tout est parfaitement bien expliqué, merci pour tout.

Points + : - Logement bien situé, à 2 pas de la plage - Pas trop cher Points -: - Pas de canapé ni de coin salon, seuls 2 vieux « fauteuils » en osier avec assises dures comme du bois - Mal aménagé - Pas de transat sur la terrasse pour en profiter - Pas de four (juste un micro ondes) - mauvaise d’isolation sonore ( proximité appartement d’à coté)

Le rapport qualité prix est tout à fait correct
pistes d'amélioration vers "excellent" : 1) un petit canapé 2 places au lieu des 2 fauteuils en osier 2 ) 2 transats pour la terrasse 3) une table neuve moins rouillée 4) idem pour les volets impossibles à fermer. 5) wi fi très médiocre cuisine, sdb, literies etc = très bien

Très bel emplacement
L’appartement est très bien placé et sympa mais très pauvre en équipements : pas de four ni de barbecue, 2 poêles en bien mauvais état (nous avons du en racheter...) pas de fond d’épicerie...assez décevant pour un logement qui pourrait être top.

L'appartement est propre, bien situé face à la plage, avec belle vue sur les Roches Noires. Points négatifs : la mauvaise isolation par rapport à l'appartement situé sur le même palier et l'absence de canapé et de fauteuils confortables.
