nice but needs some modernization
The apartment is overall clean and functional. The interior is anything but modern. Mismatched furniture from some vintage store. Worn out and on the verge of collapse. The second bed surely was used by some grandma... But the view from the balcony outweights it all. The complex itself has the none existing charm of the 70s. Brown never in style wallpapers, the lightning terribly cheesy. Simply gotten old.

In die Jahre gekommen
Das Appartement hatte einen sehr schönen Blickauf das Meer. Es war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Doppelbett und die Schlafcouch sind neu. Der Rest der Möbel wirkt wie aus einem Antiquariat. Das Einzelbett quietschte so, dass man Angst hatte, es könnte jeden Moment zusammenbrechen. Studio waren nur wenige Möbel. Es fehlt an Haken für Handtücher und anderen Kleinigkeiten, die man benötigt. Das Gehäuse benötigt auch dringend eine gründliche Renovierung. Der Urlaub war aber wunderbar.

Nur ein Schlafzimmer!
Der Blick auf das Meer ist toll, auch die Küche, die Dusche und der große Balkon. ABER: Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur ein Einzelbett. Das "zweite Schlafzimmer" ist vom Wohnzimmer nur mit einem schalldurchlässigen Holzklappladen abtrennbar und hat zudem eine schalldurchlässige Milchglasschiebetür zum Bad! Also keinerlei Privatsphäre, wenn man mit mehr als drei Personen kommt.
