Located close to tennis, on half of the beach that enjoys a sea view without "obstacle" visual, this apartment is in one of the few large properties set back from the waterfront with large gardens in between. The apartment is five minutes walk from the large Brasseries, shops and restaurants of the Rue des Bains and three minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines and Spa-Gallery. The entrance to the apartment is by the beach (private sidewalk - a plan of access to the apartment after booking will be sent by email)

Recently renovated and fully re-decorated with taste in a 50's and 60's spirit, it has all the necessary modern conveniences: fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, electric central heating, WIFi, cable channels AND library (books & Blu-rays) containing some of the treasures of the two decades mentioned above. If the space shower room & toilet is small, I specify, it is nonetheless well designed and very practical.

Although the shower and toilet area is small and atypical, it is practical and its design has made it possible to give pride of place to the living space and the kitchen area.

The Italian Queen size sofa bed is new (July 2024), of very good quality and has a fully automatic opening mechanism (mattress 160 cm x 200 cm, 18 cm thick + a mattress topper). Fresh bed sheets, pillow covers & duvet covers (of course) and everything will be in place once your will unfold the sofa bed, including the pillows you will find in the two storage spaces located in the structure of the sofa and the duvet that will be already on the mattress.

The apartment has a beautiful and large private terrace planted, a few meters from the sand. On this terrace, you can have lunch or dinner outside on sunny days, sunbathe, doze on the deckchairs, read in peace or even work under the beach umbrella. Note: the gardens are the property of my neighbors and not ours. It is not allowed to go there.

It is also an ideal place to come and relax in autumn and winter, and relax a week in spring or summer in peace. The Norman Manor is a charming property, quiet, made to enjoy Trouville, sand and sea, whether you bathe or not, as in the time of its first owners in the 19th century! Our neighbors and ourselves want the co-ownership to be an island of tranquility.

transport:
- Trouville-Deauville station is located exactly eight minutes walk from the apartment. The arrival by the beach is part of the experience. For those who do not wish to walk, taxis are present in front of the station at each train arrival. Package the same for any race from the station to the village.
- Deauville airport is 15 minutes by taxi.
- The apartment is five minutes walk from the large Brasseries, shops and restaurants of the Rue des Bains and three minutes from the Casino, Cures Marines and Spa-Gallery.

Important details:
- the apartment is non-smoking
- late arrival is possible.
- animals are not accepted except on request with the guarantee that your charming pet will leave no hair on the armchairs, sofa and many carpets at his departure.
- the place does not lend itself to "party" but to rest and relaxation. No deviation from this principle will be tolerated by our neighbors and ourselves.

- the building is classified as a historic monument so no fire possible but central heating!
- the apartment is equipped with remote controlled electric shutters, very practical for the night. 2 wall remote controls. The first pilot all the shutters of the main room, the second that of the kitchen. In case of feeling of "lock down", I advise to leave open that of the kitchen. The light source through this window will not attack you in the morning ;-)
- It is very easy to park around the Manor. In the street that runs along it or on the public parking area facing it on the back. Both locations are free and have many places.
- the waste container is located on the place Thénard facing the main entrance of the Manor
- the gardens belong to our neighbors, it is not allowed to go there.
