This is a quant little B & B with beautiful mountain views. The owner is very friendly and helpful, with great suggestions of things to do in the area. We highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful B&B. Our room was large, with sitting area sofa, rocking chair, comfy bed & pillows. Nicely decorated. Breakfasts were tasty. In evening sat out on one of their patios. Short drive to Bryce Canyon.We highly recommend👍🌈🎉

Wonderful stay for a quiet, beautiful off-season experience. The location can't be beat, and the owners provided wonderful breakfasts and personalized hospitality. We will definitely be coming back!

Do not book here. Looks like this place used to be nice, but the owners are going through a divorce and not managing it anymore. The owner is still accepting guests online and collecting money but has left the property and his phone number is disconnected. His ex wife lives on the property but says she's not getting payed so is not managing the bnb anymore, she didn't leave us keys and said the bnb is closed and reservation should have been cancelled, but was not. We had to find another place and could not get a refund.

This is a wonderful Bed & Breakfast! Room was pretty and spacious. The home-made breakfast was creative and delicious. A fabulous place to stay while at Bryce Canyon. It's situated in the town of Tropic, just 15 min. away. Surrounded by mountains!

The owners were great hosts! Wonderful breakfast each morning! Room was very nice, with many personal touches that go above and beyond other lodging choices. Great value. Our room had everything we wanted and more! The owners gave good advice regarding our visit to Bryce Canyon National Park and other hiking options. The location is very close, an easy, short drive to the national park.

Fantastic B&B!
Ed and Lienn are excellent, friendly, efficient hosts. Our room had a very comfortable bed, spectacular sunrise view, and great, soft water pressure in the shower. It was very quiet and secluded, yet only a short 10 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. We stayed 3 nights and each and every breakfast was gourmet. We have stayed at many B&Bs across the country, and this one is the best! .

Very pleasant stay with extremely comfortable beds. The morning breakfasts (served at 8am) are gourmet-quality (We had eggs benedict). A special treat was that the owner made us an excellent and much-appreciated "to-go" breakfast because of our early departure the day we left. It's a relatively short drive to the park (about 20 mins), but you will need your own transportation to get to the park.

Edgar and Lena were amazing hosts- we felt so at home with their delicious breakfasts (must keep shashuka on the menu!), their amazing suggestions for hikes and Edgar’s amazing photography. They are genuine, hardworking people that want you to feel at home. Our bed was comfy and warm, plenty of space, great TV and even a massage chair! We saw wildlife outside the BnB and had a Mountain View- the location was quiet yet easy drive to Bryce. Would recommend to anyone visiting! :)

Great B&B
Very nice B&B that's close to Bryce Canyon National Park and within walking distance of restaurants for dinner. We stayed in the "Navajo Loop" room. The room was spacious, clean, and inviting. There was a gourmet breakfast every morning and the coffee was very good. My only complaint (a minor one) was that were no fans or air conditioning and, even with the window open, it was very warm and stuffy in the room. We'll stay there again but we'll definitely bring our own portable fan.

Outside property was trashy with chickens running around. Breakfast supposed to be served at 8:00 which is late for us, we left the table at 0820 still no food served. Never saw any staff except the unfriendly woman cooking breakfast. Inconvenient location

No contact at check in . No person available to ask a question . Room was clean but very dated . Sheets were flannel. Pillows were lumpy. Window in bathroom did not have a window covering. No fruit at breakfast and no bread item whatsoever. All was self service . I was told I could get my water from the spicket on the refrigerator. It was like a hotel room .. no gathering place to chat with other guests. We have stayed at many BandB’s and this one needs a little more zest. Owners were delightful people.
