The old Bakery
Great Service, lovely hotel with local historical ties. Great breakfast selection, both Hot and Cold. Local amenities for evening meals just over the road. Short 7min walk to Train Station and 35min Train journey to Trondheim Airport. Will use again.

Unpleasent staff orders me to leave my key at The desk during stay because: «if you lose it, it will cost more than 300 NOK to replace it». Room is ok enough, but was hard to find, since there was no sign on the door. Tv-signal has a failure, and if you are unlucky, the toilet will not stop flushing. All in all, this whould be ok, but when I adress the topics during my departure, the staff seems to dont care.

Vi er så glade i dette vesle hotellet i historiske lokaler, og prøver å bo her så sant det er mulig ved besøk i Trondheim. Rusle rundt og se på bilder og utstillinger fra da de ble brukt som bakeri er en informativ og interessant opplevelse. Rommet vi hadde denne gang virket å være ganske så nyoppusset, egentlig litt vanskelig å si da alt alle plasser er veldig rent og pent stelt. Frokosten er stor og variert, personal i alle ledd er veldig imøtekommende og gjestfrie. Dette er ikke hotellet for deg som ønsker glam, glitter og høy sigarføring, men for deg som ønsker en atmosfære som er avslappende og vennlig. En koselig bakgård med litt tak over hodet som er ypperlig for røykere, men denne var stengt grunnet hotellets oppussing.
