Stay in a completely renovated studio, 50 m from the turquoise Caribbean Sea.

In a tourist residence with: swimming pool, located in Trois ilets.

Our beautiful apartment with a capacity of 4 people (a double bed 140 and a sofa bed 90 plus drawer 90) all separated by a screen.

Facilities: air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, a large fully covered terrace of 20m2 on which you can take your meals or enjoy an outdoor seating area for a drink when you return from the beach.

The location is ideal: 50 meters walk from the sea, close to beach restaurants, diving club, towed buoy, water skiing, jet ski, dolphin outings, riding stables, mini market, car rental, gas station,
A few minutes by car from the Golf, Casino, Creole village, Pottery village, Cane house, Kitesurf school, windsurfing.

Studio fonctionnel et agréable, L'espace extérieur est bien agréable. Très bonne localisation (que ce soit la proximité de la plage/commerces ou pour visiter tout le sud de la Martinique)

Le studio est très bien situé, la plage est vraiment à quelques pas et est très agréable, le studio est conforme aux photos, un peu plus petit qu’il n’y paraît toutefois. Emmanuelle nous a très bien accueillis, super communication malgré notre arrivée plus tardive que prévu. Le magasin 8a8 dans les indications pour se rendre au studio a changé de nom pour Carrefour express… nous avons eu un peu de difficulté à trouver l’endroit pour cette raison. Romain et Jennifer ont répondu rapidement à toutes nos questions et sont très généreux pour donner des infos pratiques. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette location.

Studio très propre dans une résidence agréable
La propreté du studio et la sympathie des gérants ont été très appréciés. La résidence est a 50m de la plage, comme dirait Macron : « il n’y a qu’à traverser la route », sauf que là on le fait avec plaisir ;) Le signal wifi est correct. Sinon pour le reste tout était parfait (équipements, confort, hygiène), c’est un studio bien tenu dans une résidence touristique bien tenue.

Studio très sympathique dans une résidence propre et calme, à 2 pas de la plage, avec une belle terrasse. Extrêmement bien situé, accès facile à toutes les belles plages de Martinique. Propriétaires sympathiques qui ont toujours été très réactifs pour nous répondre dans nos échanges. Allez-y ! Nous recommandons !

Séjour en bord de mer
Residence très bien située, a 150m de la plage de l anse a l ane. Commerces tous proches. Très commode pour visiter l ile et aller a Fort de France avec la navette(bateau). L appartement est agréable avec sa grande terrasse couverte. L endroit est calme. Une adresse a retenir.

Tout simplement parfait
Appartement idéalement situé, calme et irréprochable. Nous avons passé 2 semaines excellentes en décembre. A deux pas de la plage et des commodités, le ferry à 3mn à pieds 👣 pour se rendre à fort de France... très propre, calme et pratique pour se rendre partout en Martinique. Présentation du studio et des environs par la Propriétaire et à nous " La belle Vie " , comme sur les photos , studio rénové et Frais , piscine , le coin , tout était parfait !
