These renovated holiday apartments are in a private house with a total of three holiday units. The landlord also lives in the building. The house is nestled in the beautiful bay of Saldun on the sunny Croation island of Ciovo. The island is connected with Trogir by a bridge, the historic habour town is only about 1200 away (walking distance approx. 15-20 minutes). The apartments enjoy a perfect location for a beach holiday - it roughly only takes five minutes to walk to the beach with crystal clear waters(approx. 200 m away).
All apartments are equipped with air conditioning, satellite TV and free of charge WLAN internet access. A washing machine for communal use is located on the floor where the landlord has his apartment. Use of the washing machine is also free of charge.
Each of the two holiday apartments has a furnished balcony offering stunning sea views. The communal outside area offers a barbecue and garden furniture for you to spend relaxing holiday dinners outdoors. There are parking spaces available right in front of the house.
The landlord is always available to help with any questions you might have.
The sandy beach is beautiful with clear waters. Grocery stores and restaurants can also be found within the same distance (200 metres). The next supermarket is about 1500 metres away (walking 20 to 30 minutes). During the summer months, buses and ferries run frequently from here to Trogir. In the immediate vicinity (300 m) there is the Rozac camping site, offering various facilities including a restaurant and a fully enclosed play area for children. Guests can fent bikes, scooters, boats and other water sports equipment.
Apartments Mlakić are part of a family house in Trogir on the island of Čiovo. We are just 1200 m (15-20 minutes walk) from the center of Trogir. The nearest shop and the beach with the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea are about 200 m away (less than 5 minutes walk).
"Apartments Mlakić" consists of two rental apartments with parking next to the house and an outdoor area for guests with a separate barbecue, table, and chairs in the shade of a fig tree.
The apartments are tastefully furnished and offer guests a comfortable and carefree vacation.
Apartment A (4+1) approx. 60 m² + balcony approx. 30 m² is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 4-5 people, depending on their needs. It consists of:
A dining room and kitchen (stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher). The kitchen leads to a private balcony with a generous and beautiful view of the sea and the surrounding area of Čiovo Island.
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with twin beds and a large wardrobe. The second, larger bedroom has a double bed and an additional sofa bed that can be folded into a comfortable single bed. From this bedroom, you can access a private loggia that also offers unobstructed sea views.
The bathroom has a sink, a kettle, and a shower cabin.
The apartment is air-conditioned. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows.

Apartments Mlakić are part of a family house and are located on the island of Čiovo in the beautiful Saldun Bay, approximately 200 m from the sea, shops, and restaurants.
The center of Trogir is approximately 1,500 m away, or a 15- to 20-minute walk away. There are regular bus lines to Trogir, as well as ferry lines in the summer.
Split Airport is 6 km from the center of Trogir, and there is a regular bus line to the city (line no. 37).
The beach is sandy, very attractive, and has clear sea.
In the immediate vicinity (approx. 300 m) is the Rožac campsite, which offers additional facilities such as a restaurant, a separate play area for children and adults, and rentals of bicycles, scooters, boats, and other water sports. Čiovo is connected to Trogir by a bridge.
Both apartments A (4+1) and A (2+1) have a terrace with sea views, air conditioning, parking, TV, and internet access.
There is a barbecue in the courtyard, ideal for family gatherings.
Apartment A (4+1), 60 m², located on the ground floor, has two bedrooms. The larger bedroom opens onto a spacious balcony with sea views. The kitchen and dining room are located in a separate room, which opens onto a 30 m² terrace with a unique sea view. The apartment sleeps 4, or 5 people if needed.
