"We arrive a bit early, 1415 hours to be exact. When we went into the front desk area we were told that we were a bit early for check in. I didn’t mind that as I knew. We were early, but I did not feel welcomed. That being said, every other staff member we spoke to was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed speaking to the staff during breakfast and supper. "The property was not only located in the most convenient location imaginable (I was working in the castle, which is literally just across the road!), but the hotel is very nice in itself. "I stayed at the Kendrick for business and it did not disappoint. Great location, superb B&B, immaculate room with all what you need and a superb view of the sea. Breakfast was wonderful as was my host Nathan. Nothing was too much trouble. He recommended places to eat before my arrival and even nearly drove to the train station when my taxi nearly didn't show up. Would highly recommend."

"Me and my girlfriend wanted a weekend away close by and chose Ruthin. We saw the Feathers which was very close to the centre. We booked two nights. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and shown our room and the amenities. It was only then I realized I'd booked a room with a shared bathroom. "Very comfortable hotel . My only concern was I was on the top floor and there was no lift. If I were to stay again I would request the lower floors. The owners were very friendly and the over all stay was comfortable. "

"The cottage was very cosy perfect for the 2 of us and our dog. Close to the seafront and the expressway we had good days out to Anglesey, Bangor and Llandudno. We would love to go again next summer!"
