"While most likely still the best in town, it is pricey for the quality: unvacuumed carpets, very dirty inside window panes, overall weird/awkward interior design. Comfy mattress, breakfst very good. Dining very expensive for quality & region. Property clearly banking on total lack of competition. Would stay again for about 30% lower price."

"A beautiful hotel in a beautiful area! Hardly easily accessible, but worth the climb into the Erzgebirge! Facilities all shiny and new; rooms very nice. I think, however, that they made a big mistake by setting up an electronic order menu in the restaurant. It’s just exactly like McDonald’s: you make your selections on an electronic board and pay at the board. Everything is ala carte.
