"Overall high quality apartment, lots of space and amenities. Only small complaint about amenities was that the washer / dryer did not dry clothes. In addition, upon entering the apartment, it smelled like sewage which we traced to the bathroom in the living room area. We could not get rid of the smell and it was very gross to smell Everytime we came back to the room. The bed in the living room was super uncomfortable and slightly broken but the provided fan and AC worked very well. "

"Loved the property, the location and the amenities (sauna, gym, pool). Fernando was great. Rental price was fair. My only criticism is that in the "small print" on the listing is a 60 cash cleaning fee payable locally. It is there among the other property rules (no parties, etc.) and I missed it when I booked (my fault) but "add-on" fees like that annoy me a bit. Just include that fee in the overall price of the rental, in my opinion. But a small complaint for an otherwise great rental."

She is God-sent.The place is in the heart of Palermo that allowed us to move within walking distance all over the place in that neighborhood. "Very convenient option to be in the middle of Bs As. Great 1bed 1 bath option for 3, unit comfy and impecable. Only downside was the quality of the bed sheets, truly bad, ripped and unfit for the beds, please take care of that for an outstanding stay. We will definitely be back 👍"
