Short walk to both beach and Kalamata city center on a quiet street with plenty of parking - a car is a must in Kalamata to really explore! The owners of the house live in the separate entrance below. We were warmly welcomed and because we stayed for 3 months over the winter, a very nice neighborhood atmosphere developed.
