"The stay it self was fine with no issues. We booked on Hotels.com with the option to pay at the hotel. The hotel charged our credit card twice. We called 6 days after we had stayed their. I was told by the front desk that the refund had already cleared and I needed to call my bank. It has been 6 days since the stay and the refund was the same day and cleared the same day is what I was told. My bank does not have a transaction showing the credit took place. When I asked to speak to a manager she said she would not be in for 4 days and I had to wait until Sunday. I asked to speak to someone else and was told there is nothing they can do but have me wait 4 days. This is incredibly disappointing a clear error on their part that they have said they are aware of is not their problem and I need to wait."

"Very nice hotel for the price, especially on a weekend. Check in was rapid and courteous. Decor was very nice and room was clean and well kept-up. Hot water, A/C - heat and jacuzzi tub all worked well, breakfast wasn't overly fancy but did include hot food. Plenty of coffee which is important to me. Pool was a nice size and was clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the desk chair - its vinyl cover was almost all peeled off and what was left came off on our clothes. This was the only shabby aspect of the hotel. "
