The Villetta Azzurra is located in one of the greenest areas of the Costa Paradiso. On a plot of almost 900 square meters are the main house with veranda and wooden deck, a separate studio with terrace, a private pool and a carport. The main house has a living area with a seating area and satellite TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A corridor leads to the sleeping area with a double bedroom and bathroom ensuite, a single bedroom and another bathroom. In the separate studio there is another bedroom with double bed and ensuite bathroom. The main house has a large, covered porch. The veranda is south-west facing, with sea and sunset views. Here you will find a lounge area, a dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue. In front of the veranda, a large wooden deck provides space for chill out. The private pool has a dimension of about 10 m x 5 m. He is available to the guests of the house for sole use.

A business center with supermarket, bars, restaurants, boutiques and shops for meat, fish, fruit and vegetables can be reached by car in about 3 minutes (about 2,400 m). The nearest restaurant is about 1,000 meters away. The sandy beach Li Cossi can be reached via a well-developed footpath along the cliffs. This footpath starts at the parking lot at the small harbor. The harbor can be reached from the house by car in about 6 minutes (about 3. 300 m). About the footpath (about 700 m) you get to the Li Cossi beach, which is not accessible by car.
