"Hi, we stayed at this property for 8 nights. We rented one bedroom comfort apartment with sea view and we 've got two bedrooms apartment with balcony but with NO sea view. The guy from agency was ok and he understood that we had a delay on our flight with 2h 30 minutes so we arrived at the property later than we mentioned. The agent was a nice guy as we called him when we arrived at the apartment (2AM). He gave us the keys and said to come back next day to the reception for checking in. Second...

"Pros: Appartamento nuovo ma che ha bisogno degli accorgimenti. Posizione ottimale per raggiungere le varie spiagge. Molto vicina la spiaggia di isola rossa a due passi dalla struttura. Cons: I bagni sono da rivedere soprattutto sulle porte dei piatti doccia, entrambe rotte. La scalinata di legno che collega i due piani, mancano delle viti che teneva instabile L’appoggia mani. Infine uno dei condizionati perdeva acqua e siamo stati costretti a non utilizzarlo."

"Wir sind nun bereits das 6te Mal auf Sardinien gewesen und noch nie hatten wir so eine lieblos eingerichtete, unpersönliche und zudem in Qualität und Sauberkeit ( dreckige Kopfkissen, Geschirr und Herd, kaputte Eingangstür u.a.) äußerst bescheidene Unterkunft. Der Preis war im Verhältnis die Buchung nicht wert - trotz akzeptablem Pool und nettem ÖrtchenTrinita d‘Agultu. ärgerlich, da die Aufenthaltsqualität fehlte!"

"Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche sind alle wichtigen Sachen, die man zum Kochen braucht. In der Wohnung fanden wir auch.: tupperschüssel mit Deckel, Waschmittel, Sonnenschirm, strandhocker, Bambusmatten. Auch die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. Mann konnte den Strand sowie das dorfzentrum zu Fuß gut erreichen. Wir fanden Ende August immer ein Parkplatz in der Strasse. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief problemlos. "

"Villa Flavia is located in the hills above Isola Rossa and Spiaggia Li Ferulli. You have an amazing view over the sea with a beautiful sunset in the evening. The property is quite big with enough space for up to six people. There are two bathrooms and on each side a huge terrace to sit on. The host was very friendly and helpful and we would definitely love to come again some time."
