"The resort is new, located in a remote spot but accessing 2 beautiful beaches. The disappointing aspect was the customer service: -The staff spoke poor english. To run more than 300 suites you need people speaking english. -On arrival we paid the city tax. I noted after paying that it did not match the amount on the itinerary, they "said that expedia would not know the local rate." "The apartment is very nice, the view is simply breathtaking. The contact with Sardinia Unlimited was very friendly, as well as the on-site reception. The house was clean and well equipped. The furniture is easy but in good condition. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big enough. We would like to come back soon! I would also like to thank Rina and Graziella that where very helpful when we needed to know where to go to eat some traditional Sardinian food! Frank."
