Sono stato 3 notti . Il servizio la pulizia e il mangoare sono pessimi sotto ogni punto di vista.la struttura vecchia e mal tenuta . Unica cosa positiva il mare spettacolare ma già la spiaggai gestita dall'hotel è tutta rovinata . Non lo consiglierei a nessuno. Sopratutto ad aina coppia .

The best part is the great ocean view and proxy to the gorgeous beach. Stay in the new west side section only. The food inclusive is not very good,like 2 star.. the price is reasonable overall.

поездка декабрь 2019. Выбирали отель на две ночи по отзывам о питании. в этом плане не прогадали: из 4х отелей (тринидад и варадеро) только там были креветки и кальмары. и как оказалось, вкусные фрукты. только завтраки подкачали, обед и ужин вполне ок. номера чистые и хорошие. сам отель производит впечатление крайне удручающее (из тех же 4х отелей самый невзрачный). территория большая и неухоженная. ресторан темный, неуютный. без чаевых свой омлет можно ждать полчаса, а через полчаса он будет из одного яйца и без топпингов )) но это повсеместная кубинская мулька, перед каждым чихом требовать чаевых. именно не за каждый, а ПЕРЕД каждым. причем чих потом может оказаться очень некачественным, так что надо их от этого отучать, давать чаевые только за хорошо сделанную работу. КОФЕ в ресторане не брать!! только на баре. анимация никакая, хорошо если попадутся веселые жильцы, тогда есть шансы поплясать. море хорошее, не надо идти километр, что оказаться по пояс, в отличии от океана. пляж чистый и красивый, народа мало (точнее периодически никого, т.к. все тусуются на океане. так классно, как робинзон. лежаки хорошие. за 10 кук возят на коралловый риф. будьте внимательны, с ветром до него плыть 7 мин, без ветра - бесконечно. риф на самом деле по большей части мертвый, что не отменяет его неземной красоты. видов рыб не очень много. были также к соседнем Меморис (бывший бризас). там все кардинально наоборот: отель отличный, анимация прекрасная, кормят плохо. в общем, тут кому что.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! FOOD IS CATASTROPHIC, I got food poisoning. Us and others European travelers went to Trinidad to eat. Restaurant where the buffet is is very very dirty. Snacks are pizza Margarita! Staff at the front desk is HORRIBLE! The amount of ruddiness is suprizing! BEACH IS GREAT! Very clean, just amazing. You can take drinks, but only local drinks, imported drinks are available for a surcharge. This is not that bad, but the problem is that they often miss ice. Room is old, but it is at least clean, and the view is great. All and all, DO NOT STAY HERE! The Hotel next to this is way better, but next time I would rather stay in Trinidad.

Die Strandnähe ist gut. Der Rest ist enttäuschend bis unterirdisch. Während die Beschallung am Pool viel zu laut ist, schafft es das demotivierte und zum Teil respektlose Personal, sich richtig unwillkommen zu fühlen - auf das geschmacklose und zum Teil kalte Essen brauche ich nicht weiter einzugehen. Besonders enttäuschend war jedoch die Tatsache, dass nur nach mehrfachem, zum Teil langwierigem Nachfragen jemand von der Hotelleitung zu sprechen war. Nur um sich dann als "not the Manager" herauszustellen. Eine Farce!

Grundsätzlich OK. Dass alle Mahlzeiten nur in einem Restaurant serviert wurden und die ca. 3 weiteren Restaurants geschlossen waren, enttäuschte. Umsomehr als dass die Varietät der Speisen sehr eingeschränkt war. Vollbetrieb sei nur Nov. Bis April. Schönes Schwimmbad, recht gepflegter Strand.

Vi tyckte det var bra rent och snyggt nära till stranden .Ca10-15min till Trinidad centrum med taxi och det fanns alltid taxibilar som väntade. Trevlig personal snabb incheckning .Stor frukost büffe all inclusive.Enda som drog ner betyget lite var att man kunde inte växla pengar oå hotellet så vi åkte in till Trinidad

Sans charme, cet hôtel est en piteux états. Lors de notre séjour il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude! Soit disant 3 restaurants, mais seul le self étaient ouvert. c'est copieux mais pire que la nourriture de cantine bas de gamme. Moins en quantité, et de meilleure qualité serait préférable

Litt slitt hotell på en nydelig strand.
Et noe slitt hotell. Personalet var hyggelige når vi tok kontakt, men ikke veldig innstilt på å gi noe mer en service enn høyst nødvendig. Stranden er relativt liten i forhold til f.eks Varadero men veldig hyggelig og intim etter vår smak. All inclucive er behagelig, men ikke en stor opplevelse. Vi fikk et nydelig rom som viste seg å være en suite. Spør etter rom 336 så blir du fornøyd :) PS. Det er en butikk i kjelleren som selger litt av hvert. Den fant vi dagen da vi reiste!
