"The hotel staff brilliant in reception and bar. I chose hotel for location and the Spa looked amazing online. I arrived late and was disappointed that the Spa closed at 7pm and reopens 9am so didn’t get to use it. The reception kindly opened gym for me but couldn’t use the fantastic Spa. The GYM is being renovated and has signs advertising this so that was fine it looked tired, however no wipes or towels to clean down equipment. I had to ask for iron as none in the room and again reception sorted it. I didnt notice until the morning no hairdryer either and at £140 per night dissapointed."
