"We were very impressed with the very friendly and welcoming staff, the beautiful surroundings and the food. We arrived a little bit early, with our toddler. They managed to accommodate us and while we waited we were at the strange time just after breakfast bur before lunch. One of the staff members went off the kitchen and managed to get some pastries for us which was really appreciated. The team seemed genuinely interested and friendly and we felt very at home. The meal in Kathleen’s kitchen was lovely, again great service and food prepared with passion and care. The cocktails at the bar were unique and very good. The property is extensive, very well kept and really interesting with loads to explore. We’ve stayed in a few 5 star hotels at home and abroad, and this is definitely right up there. It’s a real gem. I’m looking forward to our next visit!"

"Perfect start to our Ireland trip. You will not find more gracious or attentive hosts. The room was beautiful and the shower pressure was the BEST in my entire life. Town is a very easy 5 to 10 min walk. No need to deive after parking in their large easy fenced lot. Amazing place to stay and we will be back, hopefully, soon. "

"We stayed for 1 day for a wedding, room was basic. Had adjoining doors, didn’t like that. One complaint, the linen was not to standard. One hand towel had a black mark, pillow cases had black mark. "
