"Arrived off the ferry having checked in online, but found the link I'd been sent came up as "Server Error 404". Rang the office and the problem was sorted by phone very efficiently and apparently in Angela's own time as the office was closed. Apartment is well maintained and the location good for both the train station and the port. The technical issue needs to be addressed - if the sme thing happens to the wrong client, it could cause a lot of anxiety and stress."

"Came to Bari to see where my great grandmother was born and grew up. This place was great. great location. Loved that the shower was big enough. I have stayed at a few other hotels in Italy before visiting Bari and all were so tiny. It is nice to be able to move around in the shower lol. I would definitely stay at Suite & Chic again. "

"Lovely room, great location, close to train station and to old town and restaurants. Breakfast was on the roof patio, fantastic freshly baked croissants, scrambled eggs and bacon, cheese and salami, fruit and some Italian torta. The only thing missing for me was having a full length mirror. The only mirror in the room was in the bathroom and it was just your regular over the sink mirror.
