"Location was good. Not suitable for anyone who can’t climb 10 flights of stairs. Mold in the bathroom and water damage through out. Furnishings not good quality . Hadn’t been cleaned and had an ant infestation. Wouldn’t give a refund and left early. "

"Upon entering the property you can see every effort is made to make the guest feel at home. Many of its features are broken, unfortunately. The hotplates didn't always work in the morning. The downstairs air con wasn't working. The stairs are a challenge. And there should be a caution sign where you're about to hit your head (and I'm relatively short).
