Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Riesige Frustration und Enttäuschung
Obwohl wir über eine gültige, schriftliche Reservationsbestätigung verfügten, sogar dabei hatten wurde uns mitgeteilt: A: Keine freien Zimmer B: wir arbeiten NICHT mit Hotels.com zusammen Bekam keine Hilfe von Hotels.com, obwohl wir alles versuchten, erst am nächsten Morgen konnten wir anrufen. Zu guter letzt reservierten wir über Hotel.com ein 2. Zimmer in einem Hotel, danach riefen wir an um nach dem Weg zu fragen, die Antwort, die Reception ist erst morgen wieder besetzt, wiederum mit einer gültigen Reservation:-(. Im 3. Hotel, in dem wir ein Zimmer buchten bekamen wie tatsächlich nach ca. 2 Std. und vorher 10 Std. Fahrt ein Zimmer. Ich bin Gold Mitglied, bin jetzt echt gespannt wie Hotel.com Reklamationen bearbeitet. Das 1. Hotel hatten wir bereits im Januar gebucht!!!. Also musste ich 3 Zimmer buchen um eines zu haben, bezahlen werde ich aber nur den Preis der ersten Reservation. Nun auf mein Schiff auf einer Kreuzfahrt, danach sehe ich weiter, dokumentiert habe ich bei Hotel.com alles per Mail noch um Mitternacht desselben Tages
