"The host was very communicative, attentive, and accommodating before, during, AND after our stay. Apartment: - The primary bedroom does not have an actual wall or door (this was OK with us). - The kitchen was fully furnished and the refrigerator was spacious. Location: - The apartment was located very close to a metro station so traveling through Paris was easy (you do need to learn which trains stop where and when you need to switch trains). - There are so many restaurant options...

"A delightful stay! The neighborhood is full of color, food, shops, cafés. We ate at the flat several times having picked up treats during the day. The quaint and cozy patio made for a restful spot to take our meals. Inside, this fairly typical French flat is very comfortable. Everything you need to eat onsite. Spotless! And our host, Vénie, checked in on us several times, making sure we had what we needed which we did. Totally recommend for about 1-4 people. "

"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

"We had a wonderful time and the apartment was beautiful. The staff was very responsive and helpful. The location was excellent as well. The staircase to the downstairs is steep, circular and has small steps. Caution is in order."

"Super host! Clean place, and get location"

"I really like the location near the Canal St Martin. Lovely to walk there in the morning. Or join the locals running or biking. Several restaurants and stores near by. A bit far from the main tourist areas but we made it work. Check in was a bit wonky as the instructions told you directions and codes to get into the building and then tell you to go to a keynest store 10 min away to get the keys to get into the unit. Master bed is really 2 twins pushed together so not ideal for a couple....

"Als ich ankam, war niemand da!!! Ich rief an, niemand antwortete! Ich war mit meinen Eltern, einer 4-jährigen Tochter und einem Freund im Rollstuhl !!! Es war sehr heiß, also träumten wir von einer Pause !!! Einen Moment später bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass unsere Apartments stornieren ist! 4 Stunden suchten wir ein Hotel!!! Wir haben 2 mal mehr bezahlt!!! Albtraum!!! Der Eigentümer muss die Konsequenzen tragen!!!"

"Our airline, Transavia , cancelled our trip to Paris twice and we were unable to visit Paris or enjoy this apartment. I brought our issue to the host and was advised that they are unable to issue us a refund."

"Stayed in the Greenery apartment, the window vines are extremely overgrown and you can't see past them when you open the window (as of 11/24). Below the window is where people sit to smoke, so it does end up inside the apartment. The bedloft stairs are very steep, wouldnt reccomend for kids under 5 but my 8yr old loved it. Greenery is on the 3rd floor (4th if from the US) and the stairwell is steep, winding, and small... keep that in mind if your luggage is heavy/large. Otherwise, the stairwell...
