"１１月に３泊しました。最高のロケーション 、新しくてキレイ。ベッドも良質でした。 アルテマイスターもレジデンス城も歩いて行けます。同建物の1階にスーパーあり食材に困らない。モールビルもトラム駅も向かい、歩いて１分とかからない。空調、シャワーも快適。商業地区の真ん中ですが、非常に静かでした。 現地で受発信できるスマホは必須。英語設定で使っていますが、ドイツ語、英語ができれば何も困らないでしょう。（日本語しかわからないとエントランス、入室のセキュリティで難渋するかも）食器、ネスプレッソ、トースター、湯沸かし、電磁調理器、オーブンあり。ただし電子レンジはありませんでした。また来ることがあればリピートしたいです。"

"We stayed for 2 nights and had a great time. The apartment had everything we needed. Well equipped kitchen. Aldi and Netto within 7 minute walking distance. Easy free street parking. Quiet neighborhood. 2 minute walk to tram station, 15 minutes and you were in the downtown Dresden with lots of shopping and dining options. "

"Excellent stay! Short tram ride into the hustle and bustle of Dresden. Perfect place for two people (or even three if one wants to sleep on the couch) and the neighborhood was lovely. We love to walk, so it was also easy to take the mile or so walk to the park and enter the City that way. Instructions to check in out wee detailed and easy. Thanks for a fantastic stay!"

"This is a lovely apartment a few minutesa’ walk from public transportation that will take you all over Dresden. It was very clean and very quiet, and the perfect size and location for me and 17 year old daughter. I hope to return to Dresden, and when I do I will certainly try to stay here."

"Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in Dresden verbracht und die Unterkunft hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Die Lage ist beschaulich, die Gastgeber überaus freundlich und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht und ist wirklich hübsch und gemütlich. Wir wissen jetzt schon, dass wir sehr gerne wieder kommen werden. Ich kann die Anlage jedem empfehlen, der Dresden besitzt möchte und dennoch nicjt im Trubel der Großstadt verweiöen will."

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。 今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"This was located in a superb spot in Dresden. The host was really kind and accommodating. They met us upon our arrival to go over the house rules and show us the features of the apartment. We stayed with our 80kg Great Dane and 3 children. There were basically 6 people staying here and there was PLENTY of room. I highly recommend staying at this location."

"Wir waren in der Fewo OG links. Schlüsselübergabe komplikationslos, sauber gereinigte Fewo vorgefunden, insgesamt guter Eindruck. Sanitäreinrichtung neu, Möbel in guten Zustand. Schlafzimmer liegen hangseitig, somit kein Straßenlärm. Bei Belegung mit mehr als zwei Personen ist die Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad zu gering. Für Kleidung sind in der Fewo insgesamt nur sechs Schubladen (je Schlafzimmer eine Kommode). Es gibt keine Schrankmöglichkeit für Hängekleidung. Ausführung der Renovierungsarbeiten...
