"when we got to the property, instructions were to enter through a gate with a code. when opening the gate a steep set of stairs were too steep for our limited physical abilities to climb , the only other entry was a outer door to the left, with no sign of any kind that it was affiliated with the property, the code to the gate was the same as the outer door but did not allow entry. .we called the host and were told that she could climb the stairs just fine. the property is not accessible as...

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at Homewood suites. They have an excellent breakfast, the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. It’s located near the Columbia River with a walking park. The only thing we miss when we visit is an indoor pool, but the exercise room is great with excellent equipment. We will always stay here when on the tri-cities. "

"Room did not feel welcoming, counters needed to be wiped and dusting. Bed was super uncomfortable, lined looked old. My shower was broken, had to call maintenance to fix so I water could come out for a shower. Breakfast was disappointing. "

"The area is really great to walk to nice restaurants. You are on a beautiful view of the water. The restaurant downstairs just enough to suffice. Any small appetites and the bar staff was amazing in the evening time. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean."
