"We had reserved an apartment since we wanted an extra room with a separate sitting area. Unfortunately, it was hot and an air conditioning unit in the sitting room was out of service. Immediately, hotel staff offered us to switch for two adjacent bedrooms with an additional bed, but no sitting arrangement. Also they said that they will call a repairman to fix the problem. Since we did not need a second bed to sit on we decided to wait for the repair service. We stayed for 3 days abut the unit had not been fixed. We had asked a couple of times about the status of the repair, but staff seemed to be upset with our questions, since they had offered additional bedroom and we refused. "

"Nice, simple hotel with very friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. Breakfast was good with the usual expected selection in Czech hotels. The restaurant was excellent, the food exceptionally well cooked. If you come here in the summer months, ask for a room at the back as the traffic can be noisy, particularly with the windows open. Free parking to the front of the hotel was really useful. "

"This is a very fine property, spot clean, luxurious, with very friendly and helpful staff and a dinning experience worth a Michelin star. All for a very reasonable price. I will definitely re-visit when I am back to Europe "

"This property was designed and built for Czech citizens. It is not a place for foreigners who are used to updated and elegant services. They have a buffet dinner server for 3 hours with limited options. Really everything here is designed for Czech Nationals and they seam to enjoy this place but it is not up to standards for your personal westerner. The place is designed in the soviet erra so it looks like a prison. But the views and area is absolutly outstanding"

"The pictures looked great. The initial booking went fine. The next day the person representing themselves as the owner texted me and said the unit was not available and should not have been on VRBO. He said he would refund but rather than refund, he billed me a second time. I can't really say if it was an honest mistake or an attempt to take my money. It took me multiple chats, multiple calls and literally hours on the phone with VRBO customer support and nearly three weeks to finally get a refund."
