"This was our first time to Orvieto. This property is at the top of a small mountain facing the village. Wonderful view, especially in the morning with the sun at low angle. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast had many options, and they will cook for you if you wish. We had a car, there was plenty of parking. "We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the small town feel and the welcome that Valerio gave us. We wish the weather could have been better so that we could’ve enjoyed the views more, but still an excellent time. We especially enjoyed cooking a meal in the kitchen together using ingredients we found at the local vendors in cetona! We hope to be back soon!"

"I can not give this property the justice it deserves from the front desk and their countless accommodations for transportation and the beautiful quiet facility they provide. "Struttura confortevole e pulita. Un po' fuori mano, ma raggiungibilissima tramite GPS. Ubicata in aperta collina è ottimale soprattutto in estate per non patire il caldo. Ho dato 5 stelle anche se vi sono delle piccole cose che, senza colpo ferire, potrebbero essere tranquillamente migliorate. Mi riferisco all'asciugacapelli ed a qualche piccola gruccia per riporre gli abitanti nell'armadio ."

"This is a very large apartment in a 500 year old well maintained building. It is in the beautiful historic area. Do be aware that this is a VERY hilly area and you will have to walk up and down steep streets everywhere you go. That includes from the parking area. Cars are restricted from the area around the apartment without a permit. "

"The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!"

"An absolute surprise, a gem in the middle of nowhere it seemed, but in reality, close to many different towns, and things to do. I don't normally rate 5 stars, but from the excellent meet to leaving, the entire staff was perfect. A five star meal, cupped with 5 star service, can not praise this place enough. A must while in Sorrano. Thank you all for my stay. "

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "

"It takes a bit of a drive to get into the property from one the more bigger roads but it is what makes this place so charming and beautiful among stretches of vineyards. The food and wine here were also amazing. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Rooms are super clean and charming as well. Loved my stay here and would definitely stay again!"
